As a qualified machine engineer with extensive experience in business management, Hans Marti has first-hand knowledge of the problems facing many companies. For many years he worked in Switzerland and abroad for a leading Swiss industrial group. He has also served as personnel director for various international concerns.

Guido Bulgheroni is responsible for establishing contacts with the local economy and for assisting companies already based in Zug. He pays regular visits to companies located in the canton, participates in a wide range of local events and attends official functions hosted by the various municipalities. He is also a contact partner for companies wishing to set up business in Zug.

Professional background

Guido Bulgheroni graduated from the ETH (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) in Zurich as a construction engineer, working for many years for engineering companies within Switzerland and abroad. After qualifying as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), he became a member of the management of a large construction industry association and worked on many major international projects.

Peter Müllhaupt is mainly responsible for consulting business people who wish to establish their business in the Canton of Zug. He is specialised in legal issues concerning corporate law, tax law and social security law.
Additionally, he is responsible for establishing contacts with the local economy. He participates in local events hosted by the municipalities, the local businesses and the local business associations.

Professional background

Peter Müllhaupt had his own law office in the Canton of Zug for 14 years. He worked as an independent corporate lawyer and notary public. His preferred legal fields were corporate law, tax law and social security law. Furthermore, he was a board member of one of the biggest national sports associations for 12 years.

She is a certified PR consultant PRC and a public relations specialist with Federal certificate. For many years she led the communications department in the media division for a large service-public company. Before that she was working as a press relations officer for the largest travel and transportation concern in Switzerland.

Yvonne Valentino is responsible for the front and back office, , answering telephone inquries, for general administrational duties, and for receiving our clientele. In addition, she is in charge of training the apprentices.
